We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our dynamic warehouse team. Whether you prefer standing or sitting on the job, we have an opportunity for you! We are currently hiring for two distinct shifts: 1st Shift features Stand-Up Forklift operations, while 2nd Shift utilizes Sit-Down Forklifts. Responsibilities:
Safe Equipment Operation: Efficiently operate a stand-up forklift (1st shift) or sit-down forklift (2nd shift) to load, unload, move, and stack products.
Material Handling: Transport raw materials, work-in-progress goods, and finished products to designated storage or staging areas.
Inventory Control: Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and ensure accurate placement in racking systems.
Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks, verifying piece counts, and checking for damaged goods.
Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Active forklift certification (highly preferred, though recertification can be provided on-site).
Experience using RF scanner guns and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Prior experience working in high-bay racking systems.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Shift Specifics: Must be proficient on a Stand-Up Forklift for 1st shift OR a Sit-Down Forklift for 2nd shift.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and tolerate warehouse temperature variations.
Aptitude: Strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and a strict commitment to OSHA safety standards.
Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are absolute musts.
