Spherion RI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations. This skilled position requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid math abilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with material handling, inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and shipping to multiple distribution centers.

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
Utilize ERP or WMS systems to track inventory and shipments
Coordinate with multiple distribution centers as needed
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience using ERP or WMS systems
Experience shipping to multiple distribution centers
Inventory management experience
Material handling background
Experience with MRP systems
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
MUST be forklift certified
Proven experience in shipping and receiving
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must speak, read, and write English (for paperwork and MRP/ERP system use)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Good mathematical skills
Reliable with excellent work ethic
Flexible schedule availability
