Responsibilities:
Load & Unload: Safely move palletized goods from trailers to staging areas and vice versa using sit-down or stand-up forklifts.
Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scanners to track movement, ensure correct labeling, and maintain precise digital records of stock.
Order Picking: Efficiently pull products for outbound shipments based on pick sheets, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Stacking & Staging: Organize warehouse racks and floor space to maximize efficiency and maintain a "tour-ready" facility.
Safety Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and adhere to all OSHA and internal safety protocols.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Problem Solving: A "find a way" attitude when navigating tight spaces or complex loading schedules.
Safety Mindset: A clean safety record and a proactive approach to identifying workplace hazards.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the New Haven/Fort Wayne industrial corridors is a plus.

Qualifications:
Certification: Proven experience operating a forklift (Sit-down, Stand-up, or Reach truck).
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain active throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
Technical Savvy: Experience using handheld RF scanners or basic warehouse management software (WMS).
Availability: Must be able to work the full 2nd shift schedule and commit to overtime during peak seasons or high-volume days.
