Responsibilities:
-Plant Operations: Monitor and operate dry plant machinery, ensuring all production runs meet quality and volume specifications.
-Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipping.
-Technical Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on plant equipment to minimize downtime.
-Inventory Management: Accurately track raw materials and finished goods, documenting movements in the facility's tracking system.
-Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA and facility-specific safety protocols.
-Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of product output to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
-Previous Technician Experience: Prior experience as a plant technician or in a similar heavy industrial role.
-Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with supervisors.

Qualifications:
-Forklift Certification: Current or previous forklift certification
-Industrial Experience: Proven background in a manufacturing or plant processing environment.
-Forklift Proficiency: Strong experience operating a forklift, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting.
-Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and operate complex machinery and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
-Schedule Flexibility: Comfort working 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (including alternating weekends).
-Dependability: A strong commitment to punctuality and a reliable work ethic for a critical night shift.
