We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Ridgeway. You’ll be the gears that keep our production floor turning—ensuring parts get where they need to go, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating equipment safely.
If you have a "get it done" attitude and a sharp eye for the little things, we want to hear from you.
Move & Groove: Deliver products to required stations and ensure all documentation is spot-on.
Inventory Mastery: Assist in bin replenishment using scanners, perform accurate cycle counts, and manage floor stock with minimal supervision.
Tech & Data: Enter parts receipts for MRO items and process shipments/defects to and from the production floor.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and tuggers.
Team Support: Cross-train in various functions to keep operations smooth and ensure on-time delivery to production.
Safety First: Maintain a hazard-free workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols.
Experience: 1+ years in a certified warehouse logistics role or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication (written/verbal), problem-solving abilities, and high-level data entry accuracy.
Physicals: Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand, stoop, or sit for long periods.
Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Education: No degree required.
Experience with SAP software.
Proficient PC skills and a natural knack for process improvement.
