Responsibilities:
Assemble and set up structural steel forms and molds for concrete production.
Prepare reinforcement cages using hand and power tools.
Monitor mixing machinery, conveyors, and curing areas to support daily plant goals.
Perform structural patching, hand-finishing, and quality control checks.
It is a plus if you can safely operate high-capacity industrial forklifts to transfer materials across the facility/yard, but not required.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere strictly to safety protocols.

Professional Maturity: We require a high level of professional maturity, a strong work ethic, and a personal drive to succeed, learn the business, and grow into advancement opportunities.
Excellent Attendance: Reliability is critical. We operate on tight production schedules, and we need team members who show up on time, every single day, ready to work.
Heavy Physical Stamina: Ability to handle demanding physical labor, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, stand and walk for long periods on concrete floors, and work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled plant (subject to outdoor weather and hot kiln environments).
Self-Directed & Flexible: Able to work independently without constant supervision, yet fully team-oriented. Must be 100% willing to pivot to different tasks or roles at any time when directed by management.
Safety-First Mindset: A strict commitment to workplace safety protocols, proper tool handling, and the consistent use of required protective gear (PPE). Safety is paramount.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work 50 to60 hours per week with an early morning start time of 5:00 AM.
Skillset: Experience operating a forklift safely, alongside comfort using industrial hand/power tools.
