Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily production of asphalt materials while following all safety protocols.
Monitor equipment and material flow to ensure consistent quality and output.
Handle and move materials manually or with assistance to keep production lines moving.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, including the removal of debris and waste.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Exceptional observation skills to identify quality issues or equipment changes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to changing daily tasks and production needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
Ability to work in various harsh weather conditions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
