Responsibilities:
Line Operations: Load parts onto paint lines and safely remove/pack finished products once complete.
Departmental Support: Execute tasks within the Assembly Department and on the Chromate Line.
Equipment Operation: Occasionally operate stationary or moving overhead hoists to move materials.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain general housekeeping in production, warehouse, and waste disposal areas to ensure a safe workspace.
Safety & Quality: Wear all required safety equipment and adhere to quality standards to meet customer requirements.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve minor production or quality issues.
Versatility: Eagerness to learn all basic quality aspects across several different areas of the plant.
Physical Stamina: Ability to use hands, eyes, arms, and legs continuously throughout the shift as required for manual labor tasks.

Qualifications:
Instructional Adherence: Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math proficiency for production counting and measurements.
Deadlines & Overtime: Proven ability to work against strict deadlines and a willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demand.
Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills for collaborating with the Production Coordinator and team members.
