Location: Wildwood, FL
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Learn to install exterior accessories and add-on custom items.
- Learn to install headlight/taillight packages and make precise performance adjustments.
- Conduct condition assessments on battery-operated golf cars, managing battery replacements and charging system checks.
- Perform wheel alignments, install bushings, and adjust brake systems across various makes and models.
- Complete annual standard maintenance and multi-point services.
- Diagnose gas and electric golf car systems using proper diagnostic tools (including starters, relays, and regulators).
- Maintain accurate, digital records of all repairs, parts used, and time spent on each service order.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Prior experience diagnosing and repairing golf carts or similar small-engine/electric vehicles is highly preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- General mechanical experience and aptitude.
- Ability to safely lift 25 to 50 lbs. individually (assistance is provided for anything heavier).
- Must possess your own set of standard hand tools and impact tools (specialized shop equipment provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but practical experience is highly valued.
- Compliance with standard background screening and drug testing protocols (including THC).

Work Environment
- You will work in a professional, active shop environment. Because customers frequently tour the shop area, a clean and presentable appearance is required.
- Daily dress code includes a t-shirt, shorts, and required closed-toe shoes.
- The role requires occasional use of specialized machinery (such as a saw for enclosure fittings); comprehensive safety training classes are fully provided.
