Responsibilities:
* Personnel & Communication Management: Orchestrate team communications, including managing call-ins, coordinating schedules, and delivering comprehensive end-of-shift reports.

* Administrative Oversight: Monitor real-time attendance, manage time-punch corrections, and ensure accurate department coding for payroll and tracking.

* Training & Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations and conduct ongoing training and check-ins to ensure team members are set up for success.

* Quality & Operational Audits: Perform hourly floor sweeps across production areas to verify that quality and output standards are consistently met.

* Direct Production Support: Maintain operational flow by assisting on production lines as needed, including providing coverage for breaks and lunches.

* Safety & Incident Response: Lead safety efforts by filing injury/incident reports and ensuring PPE is thoroughly inspected, properly stocked, and maintained.

* General Administration: Support office and floor health through routine administrative tasks, data surveys, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Skills:

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a production or manufacturing environment, including 1+ year in a dedicated leadership or supervisory role.

* Operational Oversight: Proven experience managing attendance, personnel scheduling, and time-tracking software.

* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of production workflows and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety protocols (OSHA, etc.).

* Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear instructions and reports.

* Precision & Multitasking: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

* Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime or shift adjustments as production needs dictate.
