Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various grinding machines, including CNC grinders, surface grinders, and other specialized equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to accurately produce parts within specified tolerances.
Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.
Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and following proper lockout/tagout procedures.
Collaborate with team members on fabrication, assembly, and materials handling tasks as needed.
Document all operations accurately, including machine settings, measurements, and quality checks for traceability.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience with fabrication processes such as welding, tooling setup, or stamping presses is a plus.
Proficiency in using hand tools and shop equipment like press brake machines or CNC lathes is advantageous.

Qualifications:
Proven experience operating grinding machines and CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing or factory setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.

Basic shop math skills necessary for dimensional calculations and quality control tasks.
