We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly communicative hands on shop inventory and logistics coordinator to manage our shipping, receiving, and parts inventory. This is a 100% shop-based, hands-on, physically demanding role in a non-temperature-controlled environment. You will serve as the vital link between the shop floor and the office team.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, photograph, document, label, and organize all incoming and outgoing parts and heavy equipment.
- Maintain constant, clear communication with the office regarding inventory, fleet management, parts usage, and asset locations.
- Keep parts areas clean, organized, and properly accounted for in our digital tracking system using a tablet.
- Operate sit-down forklifts, safely handle dirty/greasy heavy components, and strictly follow all shop safety procedures.

Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift 50-70+ lbs manually and work comfortably around heavy, dirty equipment in a non-climate-controlled shop.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication to bridge shop floor operations with office management.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using tablets/computers to photograph, document, and manage inventory.
- Active forklift certification or proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to get your hands dirty.
