We are looking for a hardworking and highly reliable Material Handler / Lumper to join our warehouse team in Westfield, IN.
In this role, you will be responsible for manually loading and unloading inbound and outbound tire shipments. Because this is a core position supporting entire facility operations, consistent attendance and daily punctuality are absolutely critical.

Responsibilities:
Manually load and unload freight (primarily tires weighing 15???25 lbs each) from trucks and containers continuously throughout the shift.
Stack, organize, and stage materials safely according to warehouse standards.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Work efficiently to meet daily load and unload targets.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Heavy Material Handling / Lumper Experience: Experience loading or unloading trucks, shipping containers, or trailers by hand.
Physical Stamina & Endurance: Proven track record working in fast-paced, high-volume, or heavy-labor warehouse environments.
Outstanding Attendance & Punctuality: History of strong attendance and reliability in past positions.
Pike / Tire Handling Experience: Prior experience handling, stacking, or moving tires or heavy automotive products (plus, but not required).
Safe Lifting Techniques: Knowledge of proper posture and safety practices when repeatedly lifting items up to 25 lbs.

100% Reliability: Exceptional attendance record is mandatory. You must have reliable transportation to Westfield, IN.
