Responsibilities:
-Onboarding & Orientation: Welcome our newest team members! You will guide applicants through their paperwork, translate and help facilitate new-hire orientations, and ensure employees understand safety protocols.
-Data Entry & HR Administration: Keep our office running smoothly by utilizing your strong computer skills to update employee files, enter data into our HR systems, and manage digital documentation.
-Frontline Employee Support: Serve as a friendly, visible point of contact on the production floor, answering everyday questions from our workforce regarding company policies, shift schedules, and basic payroll in both languages.
-Recruitment Coordination: Help the HR team schedule interviews, coordinate background checks, and track applicants to keep our production lines fully staffed.
-Timecard Coordination: Learn to assist with reviewing daily shift hours, tracking attendance, and flagging timecard errors before weekly payroll goes out.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Bilingual Fluency: Speak fluently in both English and Spanish preferred to translate policies and assist the workforce.
-Customer-Facing Background: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or administrative positions is a major plus, as these skills translate perfectly to HR!
-Fast-Paced Comfort: Comfort working in a bustling manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume environment.
