Job Description:
Spray paint small plastic nameplate parts using a Pasche Air Brush gun. Typically working independently seated in a chair under the exhaust fume hood. Typical production rate is 60 - 80 pcs per hour, spraying paint into recessed brand name areas on plastic parts after inserting plastic parts into the paint mask frame. Paint dries instantly, then parts are packed into a carton or laid on a tray. Paint mask is cleaned with chemical solvent under the exhaust fume hood every 8 - 10 parts. Protective gear would include protective eyewear, paint smock, paint sleeves (if needed), surgical type gloves, and mask if desired. Previous painting experience is not required but helpful, particularly manufacturing or auto body spray painter.
