Pay $20/hr + $1/hr with perfect attendance (paid on a weekly basis).
Responsibilities:
-Operate heavy-duty industrial sewing machines to assemble specialized restraint components and safety equipment.
-Interpret and follow technical drawings and work specifications to ensure all products meet exact engineering standards.
-Conduct frequent visual inspections of stitching and materials to identify defects and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-Utilize tape measures and other measuring instruments to ensure components are aligned and sized correctly before and after sewing.
-Manage and organize various textiles and hardware components required for the assembly process.
-Adhere to all safe work practices and maintain an organized, clean workspace to ensure a productive environment.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
-Must be able to work at consistent pace.
-Exceptional focus on stitch quality and product consistency.

-Proven experience as a sewer in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably working with heavy-duty materials.
-Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
