Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Engineering to implement and optimize electronics manufacturing processes, including automation and Kaizen projects.
Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools and methods.
Prior experience working in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Aptitude for continuous improvement concepts
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process support.
Exceptional computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
Strong technical writing, communication skills, and the proven ability to use hand tools.
