Responsibilities:
In this technical role, you are responsible for the final line of defense in our manufacturing process, ensuring all medical products adhere to strict FDA regulations. You will conduct precise visual inspections under magnification to identify defects, perform manual assembly of small parts using specialized hand tools and fixtures, and manage accurate weigh-counts for finished goods. Beyond the physical handling of product, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable production records and work order documentation within our inventory management system. Your expertise will ensure that our clean-room environment remains compliant and that all packaged products are labeled and tracked with 100% accuracy.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Skills:
Experience using inventory management systems (ERP/MRP).
Formal training in Quality Assurance or medical device manufacturing.
High-level proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical procedures.

Qualifications:
Proven QC or Final Test experience within an FDA-regulated production environment.
Technical documentation skills, including the ability to complete production records and work order data with high accuracy.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small parts and using magnification tools.
Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
