You are responsible for maintaining a fast, efficient pace while following all directions from leadership to ensure operational success. You must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail regarding quality and safety, including the proactive identification of process improvements. Your daily duties vary depending on the job you are performing but in general all positions require:Perform required housekeeping to keep work areas clean such as sweeping floors, putting trash in trash containers and picking up product from floor.Perform assignments on all lines and rotates to all line positions.Visually identify quality or bad product before and after it is packed. Remove/sort unacceptable product.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.s) at all times.Verbally communicate instructions, problems, etc. to co-workers, supervisors and employees from all departments.Work in close proximity to co-workersMeet Company attendance standards of start and end time for work as scheduled.Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law.Comply with Company rules, regulations and policies.May perform other functions as assigned.Any foreign materials found in product or ingredient needs to be reported to a supervisor immediately.

Preferred skills include strong manual dexterity, the ability to follow leadership direction, and a sharp eye for quality and safety. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, a commitment to strict attendance, and the discipline to follow all FDA-mandated hygiene and safety protocols.Availability: Ability to work a consistent schedule of 5-6 days per week.Physical Stamina: Capability to work in diverse environments, including hot, moist, cool, or cold conditions.Reliability: Strict adherence to a points-based attendance system, including zero missed days during the first 30 days of employment.Compliance: Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and THC testing.Safety & Hygiene: Willingness to follow all FDA-mandated GMPs, such as wearing hairnets, beard nets, and ear protection, as well as maintaining strict jewelry and nail restrictions.Dexterity: Ability to maintain a fast and efficient production pace while utilizing safety equipment like cut-proof gloves and knives.
