We are seeking an organized, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Inventory Control / Warehouse Clerk. In this role, you will manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving purchase orders, conducting daily cycle counts, pulling parts for assembly jobs, and handling shipping/receiving logistics.

Receiving & Data Entry: Process incoming goods on the same day, inspect for damage, verify documentation against Purchase Orders, and update system inventory accurately.
Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label parts or seals accurately; stage materials in assembly areas with job cards; and perform daily cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
Logistics & Dispatch: Pack outgoing shipments to company standards, arrange couriers/freight carriers, track shipments, and communicate order statuses to ensure on-time delivery.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the Quality team on material documentation, follow safe lifting/forklift procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Certifications: Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of relevant warehouse, receiving, or inventory processing experience.
Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency with experience running inventory reports and entering stock transactions.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong time management, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
