Responsibilities

• Execute high-precision daily cycle counts directed by Inventory and Material Analysts, exceeding target accuracy and productivity metrics.

• Serve as the front-line champion for overall warehouse inventory integrity and stock accuracy.

• Audit and maintain strict control over product identification, bin locations, and lot/batch control systems.

• Investigate root causes of inventory variance, performing thorough reconciliation to prevent recurring errors.

• Perform physical counts using specialized scales, manual verification, and container unbundling to confirm exact quantities on hand.

• Document overages, shortages, and damaged inventory promptly, providing detailed reports to warehouse management.

• Collaborate on cross-functional inventory projects as requested by the department manager.

• Operate safely and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics floor environment.

• Drive daily Quality Operating System (QOS) metrics and communicate real-time inventory updates to key stakeholders.

• Manage daily count schedules independently to guarantee full cycle coverage within established timelines.

• Demonstrate self-directed work ethic and high personal accountability on every shift.

• Process inventory adjustments requested by operational departments quickly and accurately.

• Maintain strict 5S standards across all inventory and storage zones.

• Actively support team goals to continuously enhance site-wide QOS KPIs.

• Operate reach trucks and material handling equipment with expert safety awareness.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of dedicated cycle counting, inventory control, or auditing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Equipment Expertise: Proven track record of operating stand-up reach trucks and forklifts with precision and safety.
• Logistics & Manufacturing background: Demonstrated experience working in high-volume, ISO-certified manufacturing or distribution hubs.
• Meticulous Detail Orientation: Sharp ability to spot alphanumeric part number variations and maintain error-free data logs.
• Physical Stamina & Autonomy: Ability to stay active throughout a 10-hour shift while managing tasks independently.
