Spherion is seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Laborers to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting heat treat operations, handling materials, assisting with production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials used in the heat treat process

Assist machine operators with daily production tasks
Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met
Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
Experience working with metal parts or heat treat processes
Familiarity with quality inspections and production standards
Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment
Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Teamwork and communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
