Responsibilities:
- Tend, harvest, and lay sod, as well as plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Install and repair silt fences and manage site erosion.
- Site Preparation: Clear, grub, and remove land debris using rakes, shovels, and blowers.
- Mow, trim, edge, and apply authorized fertilizers or treatments.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work safely in a team.
- Familiarity with commercial erosion control techniques and turf establishment.
- Attention to detail in equipment maintenance and site cleanup.
- Adaptability to changing weather conditions and job site demands.

High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work long days in varied outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to pass standard background checks and drug screenings where required.
- Maintaining a dependable attendance record for early start times and extended hours.
