Spherion is currently hiring experienced Lift Truck Operators (LTO) on behalf of our client, a leader in cold-storage logistics. This role requires hands-on experience with both sit-down and stand-up equipment to load, move, stack, and pick food products safely and accurately.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Swing Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Graveyard Shift: 11:00pm to 0730am
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load, unload, stack, and move food products using sit-down and stand-up equipment.
- Pick and assemble customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Inspect freight for quality, damages, and proper labeling.
- Operate safely within OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean work space.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- Preferred Equipment: Stand-up straddle trucks, walk-behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks, and RF scanner units.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred OR at least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.

Qualifications:
- Required Experience: Proven hands-on experience operating BOTH Sit-Down AND Stand-Up forklifts.
- Environment: Must be comfortable and willing to work full-time inside a sub-zero freezer environment.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English to ensure safety and clear team communication.
- Schedule: Must be available for Monday?Friday Swing or Graveyard shifts, with flexibility for mandatory overtime or weekend work as needed.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate equipment in continuous freezing temperatures
