-Machine & Line Operations: Set up, operate, and adjust various hand-fed production machines; load raw materials and ensure an efficient flow of products. -Quality Control: Monitor product quality for consistency, watch for machine failures, and perform rapid troubleshooting or notify supervisors of errors. -Material Handling & Packing: Set up cartons/box lids, count and pack good folders, remove scrap, and transport product skids to staging areas using a hand jack. -Documentation & Communication: Read and understand production orders, complete daily paperwork, and report any product or stock issues to the supervisor. -Maintenance & Cleanliness: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspections on machinery (including CLAIR and TPM protocols); maintain clean, safe, and hazard-free aisle-ways and workstations. -Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety rules, including lock-out tag-out procedures, proper lifting techniques, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow all company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and workplace conduct.

-Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred. -Work Ethic: Demonstrated high performance level, strong work ethic, and a positive, professional attitude. -Teamwork: Proven ability to participate constructively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a pace consistent with machine production levels.
-Technical & Tool Aptitude: Ability to use standard hand tools, hand lift trucks, calculators, and rulers. -Core Competencies: Basic mechanical ability and a mathematical inclination (average level math and calculating abilities). -Communication & Execution: Ability to read production orders, carry out written or verbal instructions with minimal supervision, and communicate legibly. -Physical & Sensory Capabilities: Ability to stand continuously, walk/reach frequently, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs. frequently. Full range of body motion, including frequent bending, twisting, and reaching at, below, or above shoulder level. 100% vision acuity with the ability to distinguish colors for constant product inspection. Manual dexterity for simple/power grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
