We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Routing Coordinator to join our Salt Lake City distribution team for the PM Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.). In this role, you will be the glue between our distribution center and our customers, coordinating freight pickups, managing routing guides, and ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate. Responsibilities:
Routing & Coordination: Organize freight pickups and maintain a comprehensive database of all customer routing requirements.
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with DC shipping and routing teams to provide actionable feedback and coordinate wave management.
Performance Analysis: Lead data-driven reporting on shipping performance, providing recommendations to leadership on how to address bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between Account Services and distribution teams to facilitate improvements in on-time shipping metrics.
Shipping Documentation: Maintain proper shipping documents to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
Support Operations: Investigate the status of pending shipments and provide updates to stakeholders; perform duties of Distribution Associates as required.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and professional email correspondence.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand at a computer for long periods. When supporting the floor, must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs, push/pull 75 lbs, and stand/walk on concrete for 10+ hours.
Communication: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with a professional demeanor and the ability to match complex alpha-numeric sequences.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of standard concepts and practices within a distribution environment.
