Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the backbone of the production floor. You will get to set up, monitor, and maintain weaving looms while ensuring our finished fabric looks top-notch. If you love working independently, enjoy trouble-shooting mechanical systems, and take pride in keeping a clean, safe workspace, we want to talk to you!
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
-Adjusting machine settings, tension guides, and speeds for different fabrics
-Loading yarn, bobbins, and threads, and quickly fixing any breakouts or tangles
-Checking woven cloth continuously to catch and repair any minor flaws
-Performing routine cleaning and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
-Great attention to detail and sharp manual dexterity for knotting and threading
