In this role, you will prepare prep pockets and operate brazing torches or induction units to braze inserts into position. Following print specifications, safety protocols, and work instructions, you will clean excess braze and flux, visually inspect products for quality and flatness using microscopes or cameras, and take accurate measurements using micrometers, calipers, PG1000, and digital readouts. Additionally, you will document required measurements, record scrap data on logs, initial job packets, transfer completed orders to the next production area, and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Certification in micrometer and caliper usage.
Basic computer competency.

High School

Machine operating exp A MUST 6 months min
