As a Waffle Operator at our production facility, you will be a vital part of the operations team, ensuring our production lines run efficiently to meet federal contract demands. You will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting high-speed wrapping machinery, performing real-time quality control, and ensuring every product meets our rigorous food safety and packaging standards. Grave Shift: 8:45 pm to 5:15 am
Responsibilities:
*Monitor and adjust the speed of wrapping machinery to ensure the production line operates effectively.
*Inspect products on a waist-high conveyor, stacking them for processing and removing any defective units from the line.
*Tally the number of units wrapped and maintain accurate records of size, weight, and product types.
*Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and remain responsible for food safety, food defense, and food quality.
*Rotate to Production Specialist positions as needed and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Working hours: 8:45 PM - 5:15 AM
Skills:
*High School Diploma or GED
*Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor for long periods (typically 8-12 hours)
*Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, take accountability for your work, and maintain a positive attitude toward peers and leadership

1-4 years
Qualifications:
*1 year minimum of experience in a manufacturing or production in a factory
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work OT
