Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machines (e.g., press brakes, panel benders, laser cutters, and other CNC driven machines).
Set up machines for production runs according to job specifications, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards.
Maintain accurate production logs, including downtime, output, and any adjustments made during the shift.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times to ensure a secure working environment.
Engage in continuous improvement through required education and/or training.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
Experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, and/or laser cutting machines.
Hands-on building and fabricating experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
0???5+ years of experience working with manufacturing machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Note: Level I requires 0???2 years; Level II requires 2???5+ years.
Knowledge of commonly used hand tools, such as drills, hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and quality control focus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
