In this hands-on role, you will operate production machinery, keep operations flowing smoothly, and ensure top-notch quality standards. If you are a dependable, quality-focused worker who thrives in an active industrial environment, this Machine Operator position is a great fit for your career.
Schedule: 1st Shift (5 am-5 pm) or 3rd Shift (5 pm-5 am), including weekends and available overtime.
Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 / hour
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust machine equipment to bend and shape products according to job specifications.
Retrieve required raw materials and keep production lines properly supplied.
Perform visual quality checks on finished parts for proper dimensions, finish, and potential damage.
Conduct basic equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting to maintain consistent production flow.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Skills:
Prior fabrication experience.
Strong basic math skills for measuring and job calculations.
Ability to comfortably lift 50+ lbs. as needed throughout the shift.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Willingness to submit to standard background and drug screenings.
