We are seeking a reliable, sharp, and physically active Machine Operator to join our fast-paced 1st shift team. This isn't just a "push a button" role; our morning shift is the backbone of our operations, handling higher volume, greater complexity, and frequent "on-the-fly" requests.
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Mon-Fri (Flexible start times available: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM)

Compensation: $16.00 / hour
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Operate production machinery and print high-volume statements with precision.
Quality Control: Meticulously match invoice numbers and verify data accuracy.
Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Adaptability: Pivot between tasks quickly to meet changing daily demands and "on-the-fly" requests.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Leadership: Former Team Leads or Supervisors.
High-Volume Retail/Restaurant: Experience managing the fast-paced nature and "on-the-fly" problem-solving of busy retail or food service.
Logistics/Warehousing: Long-term experience as a Picker/Packer, specifically in roles that required standing all day and meeting high output targets.

Critical Thinking: You should have a proven track record of using logic and decision-making skills in previous roles.
Tech Savvy: Daily professional computer use is required.
Physical Stamina: This shift is more physically demanding than our mid or late shifts; you must be comfortable with heavy lifting and high-volume output.
