This is a versatile, hands-on position where you will be cross-trained across multiple operations, including operating blow molding equipment, packing products, moving inventory, handling materials, and stacking finished goods. CNC candidates also do very well in this role. You will also troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line. Being a team player will be essential since all tasks require close collaboration with co-workers. Your goal is to ensure that procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize both efficiency and profits.
PAY: $24.60-$25.60
SHIFTS:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, $24.60/hr
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, $25.60/hr
Responsibilities:
??? Equipment Operation: Run blow-mold, PET, injection molding, grinder, trimmer, and conveyor systems.
??? Quality Control: Perform bottle inspections, drop tests, weight checks, and label verifications to meet customer specs.
??? Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Resolve minor process issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete equipment repair forms.
??? Documentation & Safety: Track production numbers, log rejects or regrinds, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety gear requirements.
Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies
Set up machines to start a production cycle (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
Operate blow-mold machines (including wheel, reciprocator or shuttle machines)
Perform audits, weights and quality check
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Skills:
6 months to 1 year of blow mold experience on the resume
CNC experience
Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills are required
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
Ability to work overtime
English proficiency is required.
