These roles include the Extruder Operator (responsible for setting machine settings and ensuring dough is changed into the cooked cookie form), Dough Operator, along with Mixer and Relief Operator roles.

Skills:

*Ability to use a hoist to maneuver dough totes onto the extruder.
*Proficiency in small motor skills
*Experience working as a team supporting and communicating with other production line members
*Experience in production
*Ability to operate a computerized panel
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
*2 years minimum in machine operating experience.
*Requires basic math skills. Must be able to lift, pull, move up to 50 lbs with no accommodations.
*Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
*Proficiency in English is required for data logging and system entry. Must be comfortable working in a hot and physically demanding environment.
