Pay: $20 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Shift: Day shift, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday (with overtime on Saturdays as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Enter tag information and specifications into the machine computer.
- Perform quality checking and control to ensure all specifications are met.
- Communicate with loaders and the shop foreman to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure the machine is operating at optimal production levels.
- Perform daily and preventive service and maintenance.
- Follow all safety policies and work in an efficient manner at all times.
- Take direction from the shop foreman, lead, and operators.
- Tag, tie, and move bundles to pallets after fabrication; band and wrap pallets for transport.
- Assist in loading trailers and operating overhead cranes (2, 4, and 10 ton).
- Train on multiple machines for future advancement.
- Maintain organization using 6S standards (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- A strong willingness to learn and advance within the fabrication department.
