Accurately complete production and inspection documentation

Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation
Experience with machine set-up, calibration, or adjustments (for Set-Up roles)
Familiarity with production equipment and tools
Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or production specifications
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

High School

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed (up to 45 hours/week)
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and punctuality
