We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our 1st Shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will man press machines that mold high-quality plastic pieces used in laboratories nationwide.
- MUST HAVE highschool diploma, GED or higher

- Machine Operation: Safely operate and monitor plastic injection/molding press machines. Check and monitor machine speeds to ensure smooth production runs.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished plastic lab components for defects, flashes, or imperfections to maintain strict laboratory quality standards.
- Material Handling: Work directly with raw plastic materials (loading feed) and safely package finished products.
- Labeling & Documentation: Ensure all finished products and boxes are accurately labeled with the correct product stickers and lot numbers.
- Basic Math: Use basic addition and subtraction to track parts, complete job counts, and manage inventory logs.
Workplace Safety: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- prior experience working with a team and alone
- hands on training experience
- experience in a fast paced enviroment with minimal training

- Ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction)
- Good eye for quality to catch small product defects
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling raw/finished plastic materials
