Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications
Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Load raw materials and components into machines as needed
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience with wire, cable, or similar manufacturing processes
Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges
Basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting
Good communication and teamwork skills

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Reliable attendance and good work ethic
High School Diploma or equivalent
