Spherion Worcester MA are seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our 1st shift team. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail are essential. Operators will work with tube-bending equipment and other production machinery to support daily production goals.

Operate tube-bending equipment and other production machinery.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Support team members wherever additional help is needed.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
Familiarity with tube-bending or similar machinery.
Comfortable in a collaborative, employee-focused work environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to perform quality checks accurately.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (team lifts available for heavier items).
Solid work history; reliable and committed to long-term employment.
Flexible, fast-paced, and team-oriented mindset.
