We are looking for candidates who don???t just have the right technical experience, but also a proven track record of longevity in their previous roles. If you are a reliable operator looking for a long-term home where your stability is rewarded, we want to talk to you.

Continuous Monitoring: Watching the equipment during operation to ensure the product meets tension, weight, and twist specifications.
...
Material Handling: Loading raw materials (polyester, nylon, fiberglass, etc.) into the machines and removing finished packages for further processing or shipping.

Textile Industry Experience: Previous experience with twisting, winding, or braiding machinery is a massive plus. Understanding how different fibers (like fiberglass vs. aramid) react to heat and tension is highly valued.
Blueprint & Spec Reading: The ability to interpret complex technical data sheets and "recipes" for specific yarn types without constant supervision.
Computer Literacy: Experience using HMI (Human Machine Interface) touchscreens or ERP software (like SAP or Oracle) to log production data and track inventory.

Mechanical Aptitude: A solid understanding of how pulleys, gears, and tensioners work. You don't need to be a mechanic, but you should be able to "hear" when a machine isn't running right.
Precision Measurement: Ability to use tools like micrometers, calipers, and digital scales to ensure yarn thickness and weight are within strict tolerances.
Troubleshooting: The ability to diagnose why a thread keeps snapping or why a bobbin is winding unevenly and making the necessary micro-adjustments.
Basic Math: You'll need to calculate production yields, read digital displays, and understand measurements (often switching between metric and imperial).
