Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, calibrate, and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on intelligent inserting machinery (e.g., AutoSET XT, AutoSET B4, Neopost 600).
- Perform direct mail quality control verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with USPS mailing and shipping standards.
- Complete basic software data logging and record production details throughout the shift.
- Resolve high-volume direct mail bottlenecks on a fast-paced, high-speed production floor.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and PPE guidelines (steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses).
- Maintain clean work areas and manage paper dust/materials safely.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Experience operating Pitney Bowes, Neopost, or AutoSET intelligent mail insertion equipment.
- DFS Inserter Trainee Certification.
- Prior experience in production, USPS operations, direct mail manufacturing, or commercial printing environments.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for high-speed automated equipment.

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 100% of a full shift in a high-noise production environment.
- Physical capability to consistently lift and move up to 50 lbs.

- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and composure under tight deadlines.
