In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining facility equipment and environmental conditions to ensure maximum operating accuracy and safety. You will perform everything from light construction to troubleshooting complex
electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Maintain facility equipment to high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Respond promptly to building emergencies and equipment outages.
Facilitate projects with outside vendors for HVAC, electrical, and landscaping needs.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot machinery.
Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs like ISO and 5S.
Manage and maintain hazardous waste materials following all safety procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with ISO 9001 or 14001 quality standards.
Knowledge of structural maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry.
Familiarity with 5S or other lean manufacturing initiatives.
Previous experience directing others or managing small projects
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Valid Driver???s License.
Proven experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems and controls.
Physical ability to lift or move between 35 and 75 pounds frequently.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
