Responsibilities:
What You???ll Do
Maintain facility equipment to ensure high levels of accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
Respond quickly to building emergencies or outages and perform essential quality checks.
Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors for HVAC, electrical, and landscaping projects.
Support lean initiatives to constantly improve maintenance processes.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
A "problem-solver" mindset with the ability to handle variables in non-standardized situations.
Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
Technical Knowledge: Proven familiarity with electricity, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and general carpentry/plumbing.
Troubleshooting: Ability to read blueprints and schematics to diagnose and repair machinery.
Compliance: A valid Driver???s License and the ability to follow local, state, and federal safety guidelines.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and move comfortably through a manufacturing environment.
