Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Participation: Act as a vital part of the assembly and manufacturing process to create and package quality products for shipment.
Cross-Training Opportunities: Enhance your skill set through cross-training in multiple areas, including assembly, sewing, packing, and shipping, to keep your workday engaging and the team flexible.
Safety & Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate the tools and machinery required to complete production tasks.
Quality Inspection: Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet high standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with your teammates and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
Community Impact: Utilize your energy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, hands-on role that directly betters the community you call home.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with various warehouse tools or machinery.
Experience with forklift operation.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new tasks across different departments.
Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a hazard-free workspace.
Strong command of the English language.
