As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting warehouse, production, and logistics operations. From safely handling premium materials to driving company delivery vehicles and coordinating local pickups, you will keep the production facility moving smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who is equally comfortable working on the production floor and operating material handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and stage raw materials, components, and finished luxury products safely.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment efficiently.
Drive company box trucks or delivery vehicles for local pickups, deliveries, and scheduled disposal trips.
Transport materials, components, and completed products securely between facilities to prevent damage.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure total accuracy and completeness.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse, shipping, and receiving zones.
Assist with accurate inventory tracking, movement documentation, and cycle counts.
Complete delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and required facility documentation.
Communicate actively with the production, warehouse, and management teams regarding shipment statuses.
Strict adherence to all DOT, company safety protocols, and workplace guidelines.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or logistics environment.
Prior forklift operation experience.
Experience driving commercial box trucks or large delivery vehicles.
Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand and work on your feet on the production floor for an entire 8-hour shift.
Physical fitness to perform regular manual tasks including bending, reaching, pulling, and stretching.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong command of the English language.
