We're seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to support process readiness, engineering changes, equipment activities, work instruction development, and manufacturing system implementation to ensure efficient and compliant site operations. Responsibilities:
Own and review ECRs, ECNs, routers, BOM updates, and work instructions.
Support site Quality records, including NCRs, IEs, and CAPAs.
Walk production processes to assess readiness, risks, and implementation needs.
Support equipment installation, qualification, validation, InfoPV qualification, and decommissioning activities.
Assist with protocol creation, execution support, and report activities tied to manufacturing changes.
Support MES readiness, manufacturing master data activities, and Vault DMR updates.
Use Windchill to review, manage, and support engineering documentation and change activity.
Apply Gage R&R methods to evaluate measurement system capability and support process controls.
Develop, review, and maintain control plans to ensure manufacturing process consistency and compliance.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Quality to improve flow, efficiency, and manufacturability.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Experience supporting manufacturing master data activities and MES readiness.
Familiarity with InfoPV equipment qualification documentation, execution support, and traceability.
Experience handling quality record systems such as NCRs, IEs, and CAPAs.
Strong background in process risk assessment and process walking for operational readiness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within a regulated production setting.
Strong Windchill knowledge for managing engineering documentation and change activity.
Working knowledge of equipment qualification and validation processes and documentation.
Hands-on experience conducting and interpreting Gage R&R studies. Strong knowledge of control plan development and maintenance.
Experience with Vault DMR updates and maintaining controlled manufacturing records.
Demonstrated experience with process changes, documentation, and cross-functional implementation.
