Ideally we are looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator candidate who has relevant experience, demonstrates a great attention to detail, has an impressive work ethic and positive attitude, and will place utmost importance on warehouse safety.

Minimally, a qualified Manufacturing Machine Operator candidate will need to have experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting and can keep up with the physically demanding nature of this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assists in the manufacturing of products such as mattresses.
- Operates a variety of different machines throughout the production process.
- Package completed products for shipment
- Stack and wrap pallets for distribution
- Stocking supplies at work stations to ensure efficiency
- Cleans and tidies work stations to ensure safety

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds regularly throughout shift
- Ability to stand for entirety of shift and endure physical demands
- Prior experience with machine operation
- Mechanical aptitude / ability to troubleshoot issues for minimal downtime

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Reading comprehension
- Ability to count
- Keen attention to detail
- Overtime is built into the weekly schedule, candidates MUST be available to work OT.

Physical Requirements:
- Employee is required to be upright
- Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Employee is required to move and manipulate up to 100 lbs as needed.
- Employee works near moving mechanical parts.
- Noise level can be loud.

Other requirements:
- Proven good attendance, positive attitude, communication, team player mentality, reliability, flexibility, willingness to cross train, willingness to work overtime.
- Must be local (within 30 miles) to the facility site in Fuquay Varina, NC.
