Pay: Starting at $19.50 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (built-in days off during the week)

Responsibilities:
Own the Machine: Operate, monitor, and master production equipment like winders and inspection tools.
Problem Solve: Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical hiccups to keep the line moving safely and efficiently.
Quality First: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet gold-standard quality requirements.
Stay Sharp: Maintain accurate digital records and keep your workspace organized and safe.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience specifically working with winding equipment.
A strong knack for mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on "fix-it" skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing quality control standards.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1???3 years in manufacturing, machine operation, or an industrial environment.
