1st: Mon - Fri 7AM until 3:30 PM
2nd: Mon-Fri 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM
3rd: Mon-Fri 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
Responsibilities:
Your Typical Day
Precision & Quality: Inspect plant parts for defects and ensure every item meets our high standards.
Operational Excellence: Pack, label, and load totes/boxes according to specific work instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Logistics Support: Move raw materials and finished goods to and from the production floor to keep the workflow seamless.
Proactive Reporting: Act as the first line of defense by reporting production hurdles or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow safety protocols to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
What We are Looking For
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a high-speed environment.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills are required (though we are happy to provide training for the right candidate!).
Adaptability: A flexible mindset for changing work hours to meet customer demands.
Team Spirit: A self-motivated attitude with a desire to improve plant processes and support your colleagues.
Ability to pass required safety training and communication sessions.
A commitment to maintaining a workplace free from hazards.
