Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a 3-4 person manufacturing cell to package and ship custom recognition awards.
- Meet or exceed established daily Takt and cycle times while maintaining a focus on first-time quality.
- Perform varied manual assembly and shipping tasks requiring consistent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow, safety, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ergonomically safe workstation in accordance with facility safety standards.
- Adapt flexibly to cross-training and mastering new production skills as operational needs evolve.
- Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse fulfillment setting.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts, Takt time, and structured continuous improvement practices.
- Demonstrated track record of high-precision work with delicate or finished goods.

- Physical stamina to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
- Capability to regularly lift and handle items weighing between 25 and 50 lbs.
